Two apparently unrelated thoughts united perhaps only in this space and at this time









and,

I read 'post', i.e., stuff that is delivered through my letterbox. I scan emails.
This occurred to me as I tried to join a mailing list for some pseudo-intellectual thing designed to make me look good. What's the point if I don't have bits of direct mail and so on to leave nonchalantly around the place? An email can't be artistically placed on a coffee table.
