A bridge, yesterday.

And, a bridge earlier

Update: water levels at 5:30 this evening, Friday 10 Feb, seem sufficient:

look how calm and still that water is (and how much of it there is, thought we were supposed to be having a drought?). . .

. . .not troubled at all

(wish that phrase could refer to me)

word ver: I-am-a-rock

I am a Rock. Isn't that Simon and Garfunkel?
The Thames never looks anything but full to me....

yeah, so is Bridge Over Troubled Water, or didn't you get that?

there was something in The O at the weekend, or maybe it was The G, about how empty The T is when it gets a bit further downstream from you. . .

. . .I should be worried; although I'm more worried about the fact that by the time it gets to me it's full of either sewage or dead whales

well it's chocka here, including all the other stuff. though bit shy on dead whales, obviously. dead sheep anyone?

did you see Surly's back (chez Crisis)? maybe you should post a nice picture for her, to cheer her up. . .

(and not one of a dead sheep, I don't think she'd like that)

three cheers for the girl - *hip hip hurrah* x 3 - all is not lost in the blogging world

(I'm being nice here, BTW)
