One of the drawbacks of my new digital camera is that the battery seems to hold its power for a realtively short time. So although I set off on Friday afternoon with it fully charged, by Saturday morning it was showing amber warning. And after a dozen or so pictures it gave up. Lesson learned, but it was frustrating as the sun was shining and it was wonderful day for photographs. Still, you can all draw a sigh of relief as theat means there are only a couple more to come.

pashminas. It was beautiful day, and so warm in London compared to Oxon. Wish iw as back there. I love it....
no sighs of relief here, love your photos
(are those pashminas, BTW? or bedsheets?)
the light was amazing on Saturday, wasn't it? had forgotten the effect sunshine can have
Relief? nonsense. Lovely pictures and I'm looking forward to more.
Hope the weekend and the sunshine are charging your batteries :)
what about Life on Mars? I heard some people talking about it today, wish I'd watched it now. . .
Sorry Pash, you're right of course.
And Life on Mars was very good, although I think last weeks was a better episode than last nights. Now I'm all nervous that when it comes back it will be but a pale imitation. On the radio (5) they were suggesting that it will come back in a different decade.
Can't wait - with the caveat.
