Their time (Gazza-free) is now

Sittin' in a sleazy snack-bar
snuckin', sickly sausage rolls
slippin' down slowly
slippin' down sideways
think I'll sign off the dole

Could a copper catch
a crooked coffin maker
Could a copper comprehend
That a crooked coffin maker
is just an undertaker
who undertakes to be your friend
Altogether now
Oh the Fog on the Tyne is all mine all mine

Their re-birth is near. The one, the only, the great Lindisfarne. With lyrics like that, it can surely only be a matter of time.

blogger's in a mood today. The comments boxes take months to come up. I've aged years, just waiting.

well, I've had mail returned to me by something called Daemon saying it was undelievered, but it was comments that I'd made elsewhere which had quite definitely been delivered

I don't really understand cyber-space

maybe someone somewhere is trying to tell me something! (that I don't understand, coz of being so thick?)

hey - I've just tried look at one of your links (sex, something and HTML) seeing as how I'm waiting in for the gas-man to come and mend the boiler and I needed warming up

what used to be there then?

oh that's so weird, I just got to that sex place thru someone else's link

I'd go and do the washing-up, to warm up, only there's no water due to the boiler being out of commission

(bugger, that means I have to choose hoovering or ironing)

Spooky. Not only have I recently downloaded some Lindisfarne from iTunes, but I'm off to see Newcastle v Spurs* in a mere 10 days (or thereabouts).

Clearly their time is indeed now(-ish).

* D'you like the way I shoehorned that in?

Oh I do hopeso. I just bought two tickets to see Man U visit WHL in the hope that a) we thrash them and b) we are celbrating being in Champ League. Really hope so.

Our time is NOW!

Rather reeling at ending up having to pay £70 each for two seats.
